Pre Race

There is no race day packet pick up. All participants must pick up their race packets in advance. Below is the packet pick up schedule, packet pick up dates and reminders will be emailed to registered participants and posted to our Facebook page. If you register for the virtual option, your race packet will be mailed to you.

• Wednesday, December 1, 2021, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM – The Runner Shop, 3535 W Pioneer Pkwy, Pantego, TX 76013
• Thursday, December 2, 2021, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM – On Rotation Brewery & Kitchen, 7701 Lemmon Ave Suite 200, Dallas, TX 75209
• Friday, December 3, 2021, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM – Academy Sports + Outdoors, 6375 E NW Hwy, Dallas, TX 75231

Race Day

December 4, 2021

7:30 AM - Doors Open
8:30 AM – Runway Run 5K Run/Walk Start
9:30 AM – Awards Program
10:30 AM – Event Ends

Parking & Directions

The start/finish of the race is located behind the Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center (NAEC) at the Commemorative Air Force National Air Base – 5661 Mariner Drive, Dallas, TX 75237. Parking information will be posted here soon.
